When you’re getting ready, I’m capturing the cocktails being cheersed and the beers being shared by your wedding party while you both get ready. I’m getting grandma using grandpa’s handkerchief during your vows. I’m spotting your friend from grade school laughing at a memory during the toasts and your family dancing together at the last song with sweaty hair and no shoes. I’m looking for every special memory.
When it’s time for portraits of just the two of you, it’s going to feel like a moment of sneaking away from the party to revel in your joy. To scream with excitement or cry tears of relief, and to have all that love documented honestly. If you want a little space, I’ll put on my long lens (or point my camera elsewhere if that’s what you choose). If you want someone to hype you up further and celebrate with you – I’ll be there with confetti.
Whether your love is calm and quiet, exuberantly loud, or feels like a warm summer day, I’ll capture that feeling in my magic little box so it’s remembered forever.

I book a limited number of weddings each year to give my clients a tailored experience. We will go over what your day looks like and figure out the best solution when it comes to length of coverage, custom goods, or anything else you may need/not need. Engagement sessions and digital images are included in every wedding experience.

Engagement & Portraits $725
Portrait sessions including engagements for non-wedding clients, lifestyle sessions are available on a select basis. Sessions are roughly 90 minutes at a location of your choice, and include high resolution digital images.
Travel fees may apply.

I genuinely believe that authentic emotion and good light trump an epic location. If you’re willing to be yourselves with me, we’ll get the good stuff.

Contact me and we can set up a consult and chat to see if we think working together might be a good fit. If everyone thinks so, I’ll send over a contract. A nonrefundable retainer is paid to save the date.
Every wedding comes with high-resolution digital images and a print release. You can print them for your home, share them with friends, order albums or canvases from wherever you choose. Both of my wedding collections come with a luxury album and design service because I believe photos shouldn’t live only on screens.
I never guarantee any set number of images. When I’m shooting, I’m focused on catching happy moments and I don’t want to be worrying about if I’m shooting enough, just to hit a certain number. I’m not there to capture EVERY moment, but the best, important and special ones. I am happy to share full galleries of weddings so you can be sure that everything will be captured and what a full day looks like delivered.
Albums and prints are the best way to experience your day in the future. I don’t require you to buy them from me, but albums are a big part of my collections. They are your first family heirloom and I want to make sure we do that right with something that is gorgeous but will LAST the test of time.
Plus, me! I don’t farm out weddings and I’ll be the one photographing your day. If you add on a second photographer, I work with other wedding photographers who are fully awesome. No bad vibes.
Engagement sessions are a must. Even if you don’t think you need one, or you’ve already had one. It is so so important that we work together prior to your wedding day. Engagement sessions allow us many things:
- We get to know each other better. Your photos will 1000000% (yes, one million) better when your photographer doesn’t feel like a stranger. You will feel much more comfortable to be yourself during private or special moments when your photographer feels like someone you know.
- You get to see how I work, and see yourself in a finished product. Even if you’ve been photographed together, every photographer works a bit differently. It’s a small check to make sure you will be happy with the final product. I like us both to have that assurance that you love yourself in my work. Your wedding day cannot be replicated. Additionally, wedding day photos often feel easier after you’ve already had a session.
- Thirdly, engagement sessions are fun! It’s like documenting a date night. Wedding days can often feel rushed and an engagement session allows you to have a few photos of the two of you in that wonderful exciting time of your relationship in a relaxed and celebratory environment.
Yes and no. As much as I love travelling and experiencing new places, I also love coming home at the end of the night to my own family. Travelling with tons of gear, and getting work visas for working abroad is really my idea of a good time. There’s always exceptions though, so it never hurts to ask. Within Connecticut and the greater New England area, the answer is usually yes! I don’t generally charge travel fees, however depending on your location and the hours, I may require a hotel stay to make sure I arrive there on time or get home safely.
That’s a great question. I won’t be the right photographer for everyone. I think it’s really important to find a great match with the person documenting your day. There are so many styles of photography and approaches to the wedding world that you want someone there who understands what YOU want and their work aligns with that.
So, why me? I take my job seriously enough to know that it’s an honor and privilege, but not so seriously that I think the day is about me or my “vision” – it’s not. My job is to see your day through the eyes of your family and friends. For your children and grandchildren in the future. For your friend who had to miss the wedding because they were sick. For you, in 2 weeks or 2 years, or 2 decades to look back and remember exactly how it FELT when you were walking back down the aisle or dancing with your mom or dad.
After photographing hundreds of weddings over more than a decade, I have learned tons. Currently, I only take on about five wedding couples each season to make sure that you and your day feels like a priority. So you can have a fantastic experience with me from day one to day done. When I show up to your engagement session or wedding, you know who is walking in the door. I know your story, and we don’t feel like strangers.
