Let me first just start by saying, this little babe is gorgeous!!
I know Michelle through my day job. When I knew she was close to delivery date her and I talked about newborn photos and decided that I would come take a few shots for her. Newborns are something that I’m just getting into on my own. Back in the day I used to work for a children’s portrait studio and I did MANY infant sessions. However, shooting them in a studio (in the mall) compared to doing it on my own and going to the parent’s home is VERY different. Additionally, we very rarely had babies that were 10 days old or less at the studio.. Usually they were 3-6 weeks old. Now, most of the infants I work with are LESS than 10 days old and just sooo tiny!
Caitlin has BEAUTIFUL eyes, and a ton of beautiful brown hair. She is a stunner now so I can’t imagine that she will grow up to be any less! Watch out dad I think you may have some male suitors on your hands in just a few short years 😉
Now generally I try to get those sweet images of sleeping babies however Caitlin was not interested in staying asleep for me (or giving me some of the poses I wanted). However the few I got of her sleeping are so sweet, and the ones where she is awake turned out great!
