Tomorrow morning I leave for vacation to Phoenix! Woohoo! It’s a short trip, but it’s needed. Last Tuesday my husband Zack was deployed and so my evenings have been a little lonely. As much as I love my pups.. they unfortunately don’t speak English when they talk back to me. I don’t love them any less though. I’m so excited to see my desert friends, and eat some REAL mexican food (Sorry Virginians.. your mexican food ain’t mexican lol).
I am definitely looking forward to the SUNSHINE. It has been absent from Virginia Beach for what feels like forever. I LOVE living at the beach, however I do miss the predictability of Arizona’s weather and endless weeks of sunshine with not a cloud to be seen. While I’m there I will be photographing a maternity session, and doing something fun for a friend. A dear friend of mine is getting married in what I KNOW is going to be a gorgeous affair. I am not bringing my bad photog manners, or my camera to the wedding. However, I WILL be documenting her day for her via iphone/instagram!
