So I was pretty excited to be second shooting this wedding because it was a Roger Williams Park wedding in Providence, Rhode Island. I had never been to the park but I had heard that it was huge and awesome and pretty. Well, all of the above are true! It’s kind of a cornucopia of little treasures in there! The park, a zoo, a casino, a botanical garden, a carousel, a Japanese garden, the list goes on. I know I’ve said this a lot recently and maybe it’s been good luck or maybe it’s just been typical New England summer, or maybe both but it was another beautiful day!
Brett & Lisa’s wedding started at a gazebo on the water and then the reception was over at the casino. Which I guess isn’t really a casino these days but is stilled called that. Regardless it’s beautiful inside and out, it looks like a big mansion on the hill overlooking the water. In between we got to see a few spots in the park and take advantage of them for photos!
These guys had a party bus to take them everywhere, which was awesome!
The couple’s dog was part of the ceremony which obviously.. I always LOVE.
These stairs (which only about half are pictured here) give such a wow factor in the grand entrance.
